Additionally, the Spanish Pueblo architecture of this one of a kind property features traditional Taos style vigas. This Romantic 750 square foot Taos Casita - Unit #E1at 316 Burch Street is part of a small, well-landscaped adobe complex just off the historic Kit Carson Road. Warm in winter and cool in summer, the condo is .3 miles from the beginning of shops and galleries on Kit Carson Road, and another .2 miles to the Plaza. Burch Street is in a quiet residential area close to town, a very desirable location for those who want to be within walking distance of the Plaza yet away from traffic. The new not to be missed, five star spa/resort - El Monte Sagrado, with its elegant bar and exquisite food - is just across Kit Carson Road.
You wil be able to allow the cadence of your daily grind to fall away once you enter your casita through the private, walled courtyard.  Step into a spacious great room where Banco-style window seats open to the outdoors, allowing you extra storage and additional sleeping spaces. There are many decorative and functional nichos to delight your visual senses. ROMANTIC TAOS GENERAL RATES & POLICIES FOR SHORT TERM RENTAL

$90 - $125.00/Night (Varies by Season and Holiday) including taxes. Higher rates during the Christmas/New Year's, Ski Season,Spring Break, Easter, Summertime and Holidays, $150 +. We prefer a 5 night stay minimum. Pets are allowed with an additional $100.00 fee.

If there is a situation where the unit is available for less we will accept shorter stays -- so please inquire! Ask about our Special Long-Term Rates.

A 50% non-refundable reservation fee is required at the time of verbal reservation with balance due 45 days prior to arrival. This is a popular unit so plan to Book Early! Confirmed reservations are binding. If canceled within 45 days, a refund will be issued if we are able to re-book, less a 25% administration fee. A $90.00 cleaning fee is added. (Housekeeping can be also arranged for times during your stay for $90.00 per visit.) We graciously accept Visa and Mastercard.
